Allan was one of the founding principals of A. Davis Grant & Company and remains a Senior Partner with the firm, concentrating primarily on CIO's and their direct reports. He also manages assignments for key clients in the areas of Consulting and Infrastructure. A long standing member of the Society for Information Management (SIM), Allan sits on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey chapter and was also a charter member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters (IACPR). He has given presentations on Executive Search & Recruiting at major corporations and is frequently called upon to be a guest speaker.
